Salted Caramel Butter Bars



Enjoy the rich flavors of salted caramel and buttery goodness in these tasty bars. Just what you need to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish

Put butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy

Slowly add the flour to the butter mixture and mix it in until it's well mixed

Two-thirds of the dough should be pressed into the bottom of the baking dish to make the base

Spread out the caramel sauce on top of the dough base

On top of the caramel, crumble the rest of the dough

Add some flaky sea salt on top

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars
