- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum optional, for thickening
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Add the heavy cream and bring it to a low boil
It will be smooth and creamy after you add the grated Parmesan cheese
Add pepper and salt to taste
If you want the sauce to get thicker, sprinkle xanthan gum over it and keep whisking it
